Trunk or Treat

The Meridian Parks and Recreation Department’s mission is to enhance the community’s quality of life by providing innovatively designed parks, connected pathways, and diverse recreational opportunities for all citizens.

for the 12th Annual Trunk or Treat — a fantastic community celebration you won’t want to miss! Come dressed in your best costume and explore over 90 decked-out trunks from local businesses and organizations, all handing out FREE candy and treats. It’s a safe, fun-filled evening for the whole family!

Location: Meridian City Hall,  33 E Broadway Ave, Meridian, ID 83642

Attendance is free.  A donation of $1 per child is encouraged to support the Meridian Food Bank Backpack Program.  Look for their booth to drop dry goods into the donation barrels or click below to donate online.

Admission to Trunk or Treat is free to everyone but we invite you to consider a $1 donation per child to support the Meridian Food Bank Backpack Program.

This heartwarming program makes sure local kids don’t go hungry by sending qualifying students home each weekend with a backpack filled with enough food for six meals and two snacks. Just $25 can provide one child with food for six weeks.

You’ll also find their booth onsite, where you can drop off dry goods in the donation barrels—or, if it’s easier, give online below.
